Dear friends and family,
Thank you so much for your daily encouragement and prayers. Nothing brightens up a day more than looking down at my phone at just the right moment to see a new message of encouragement. Every comment on my photos, videos, and the quick “Thinking of you” messages really do give me strength. Please keep them coming!
Let us “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
Let us rejoice! This season is a joyful season. A time of reflecting on the year and processing all of the lessons learned through it. As well as rejoicing in our Saviors birth. We have victory over the power of sin and death through the birth, crucifixion, and resurrection of our King Jesus. Beloved, this is something to rejoice over!
As we step into the new year let us stir one another on to have zeal for His house and His will. Let prayers be continually on our lips! Amen!
We thank the LORD for His good provision and care over us. BYKOTA House has seen the LORD’s provision in a very real way. From the months where rice was limited and the random bell at the gate would be a bag or two of rice, from the lack of visitors and help to a surplus of helpers, to even when the plasters (bandaids) ran out and the next day a package arrived with boxes of plasters for us.
God has been good to us and watched over all of us through every circumstance!
I love processing and looking back at the history made by God in my life and the life of this ministry. Thank you for your prayers and support. The LORD used each of you to do His will in a mighty way. To be a little bit more specific in your prayers, here are the prayer needs for BYKOTA House this December:
Hunger for righteousness and spiritual gifts in us.
An increase in the knowledge of God in our lives.
The continuing healing of broken hearts and repairing of children’s lives
Helpers and laborours to link arms and help with this good cause here in country
Finances to finish unpaid clinic bills for the year of 2015
Protection as the kids go back in to the school system every day
Strength for the native staff and foreign help
